8id Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Usage Rules

1 Definitions & Scope of Use

"Platform 8id" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the 8id.vin domain. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses this platform. "We", "8id", or "Company" refers to the party operating this platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8id and each platform user. This document is to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and 8id.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any 8id service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the 8id platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years at the date of registration.
• Is an individual who registers voluntarily and not under coercion from any party.
• Never previously banned or suspended from using the 8id platform.
• Not located in a region or country where online gaming activities are prohibited.
• Register for personal use only, not on behalf of another individual or business entity.
• Not experiencing an active gambling addiction at the time of registration.

8id reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to have registered using false age information, the account will be terminated immediately and all remaining balance may be forfeited. This is a measure we take seriously to protect vulnerable groups.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 8id platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. Documents required for KYC include:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 3 months).
• Proof of the payment method used (if required).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals of Funds

• No active investigations or holds on the account.
• Withdrawal to the same payment method used for the deposit (for the first transaction).

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

8id offers a variety of bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all 8id bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled within the specified bonus validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be used by another account.
• Certain games may not contribute, or may contribute at a lower rate, toward wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

Players are strictly prohibited from the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using wagering strategies intended to abuse the bonus system.

If 8id identifies any suspicious or unfair activity, we reserve the right to void the relevant bets, withhold winnings, and take further action including account termination. 8id's decision in such matters is final.

7 Account Security & Player Responsibility

Your account security is a shared responsibility between 8id and you as a player. 8id provides high-grade security infrastructure, but you must also take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong and unique password for your 8id account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out completely from your account when using a public or shared device.
• Report immediately to 8id customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

8id shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Any transaction made using your login credentials will be considered valid unless you have reported an account compromise before the transaction took place.

8 Player Conduct & Code of Ethics

8id welcomes all players into a friendly and respectful community. All platform users are required to abide by the following code of conduct in all interactions on the platform, including Live Casino chat and communications with customer support:

• Be respectful and courteous to all other players and 8id staff.
• The use of offensive, racist, sexual, or threatening language is strictly prohibited.

8id reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account for the following reasons, without prior notice where immediate action is required:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, document forgery, or submission of false information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering activity or suspicious transactions.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system or promotional programs.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 8id support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedure.

10 8id Limitation of Liability

The 8id platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, 8id does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or delays.

8id shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet connection failures beyond our control.
• Game results that have been disputed after confirmation by our final system log.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, regardless of cause.
• Losses resulting from a player's negligence in maintaining their account security.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the records on 8id's servers, the server records shall be considered accurate and final. The outcome in disputed cases is at the absolute discretion of 8id.

11 Responsible Gaming
